FTP Access
FTP access allows you to enter the back end of your website to view and edit the files involved directly. We do not recommend this if your site contains extensive programming unless there is a knowledgable person on staff.
Once you let us know you would like FTP access for your website, there are a few simple steps that will be followed.
- You will be faxed a Hold Harmless agreement.
- Please read it carefully to understand its purpose.
- Sign and fax back the agreement.
- Your FTP access will be set up.
- You will be faxed back a copy of your signed agreement with the address, username and password needed to access your website through FTP
- Please be sure to turn Passive FTP off when accessing your site through FTP (Uncheck PASV).
